Via Private Vehicle:

San Juan La Union is about a 3.5 to 4.5 hour drive from Metro Manila depending on the speed. Take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) then connect through the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and then connect to the new Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX). Exit at Carmen Temporary Toll Plaza under the Carmen overpass in Pangasinan and turn left following Carmen-Poblacion Rosales Road (Tumana, Rosales). Turn right to Teofilo Sison Bridge going to Villasis, Pangasinan, and follow the National Highway (MacArthur Highway) through Pangasinan and then to La Union.

When you enter La Union, the first town you will reach is Rosario. The succeeding towns will be Sto. Tomas, Agoo, Aringay, Caba, Bauang and then San Fernando City. Urbiztondo San Juan La Union is the first barangay after the boundary of San Fernando and San Juan. When you see the National Food Authority (NFA) building to your right and a blind sharp curve ahead, just look for the signboard of the resort Sebay Surf Central after the curve. The resort is at the left side.


Via Commute:

Getting to La Union from Manila via bus is the easiest way to get to San Juan. It is only a 5 – 6 hour ride depending on traffic and whether you travel during the day or night. The usual transport carrier is PARTAS with terminals at Cubao (P446-P544), Quezon City and Pasay City (P466-P564). Other buses that operate in the area from Manila are Dominion Bus Lines, Fariñas Trans, Maria de Leon, Viron Transit, Sta. Lucia and Florida which leaves Manila terminals every hour. Take a bus bound for Laoag, Vigan or Abra. Just tell the bus conductor to drop you off at Sebay Surf Central at Urbiztondo, San Juan La Union. The resort is just across the street from the drop off point.
